Metal Fabrication
GRT-Mars offers a full range of metal fabrication technologies, all across Asia. Our core techniques include:
- Die casting (primarily brass and zinc)
- Sand casting
- Forging
- Stamping
- Swaging
- Precision stainless tubing (medical grade)
Our emphasis is on producing the highest quality products at reasonable prices.
Medical Tubing
Our tubing is used almost exclusively for the medical market as a component part in minimally-invasive surgical procedures such as laparoscopy and arthroscopy, and in diagnostic procedures such as angiography and endoscopy.
- 0.8mm to 25mm outside diameter
- 0.1mm to 01.5mm wall thickness
- Materials include stainless alloys, aluminum, and copper
- Finishes available are drawn, polished, glass-bead, chemical passivation, chemical etching, and sand blasting.
- Up to 10' lengths
- Precision end cuts and swaging
